Directions
1. Download File to your Google Drive and Make a Copy. DO NOT EDIT THE ORIGINAL. See image 1
2. First Select Cells to SORT. The Sort feature will only sort cells that are selected. YOU NEED TO SELECT ALL CELLS BEFORE DOING A SORT OR YOU WILL MIX UP ALL INFORMATION IN THE DOCUMENT.
3. Click Data-Sort Range
4. Choose column to sort by (Column A, B, C, ?) See image 2
5. Optional +Add another column to do more than one Sort at a time.
6. IF YOU MIX UP DATA click undo or get a new document to start over.
Bonus
To add more characteristics-Click a Letter Column then Right click –Insert 1 Left or Insert 1 Right
To add more animals-Click Number Row then Right click-Insert 1 Above or Insert 1 Below
